The Idea
The above mentioned trend reflected in the insurance market due to the fact that Bulgarian citizens are not sufficiently aware of their rights as insured. They are not aware of the amount of the compensation they could receive and the procedures for obtaining it.
On the other hand often insurers are not loyal to the insured person. Procedures for receiving compensation are still slow and complicated
The insurers require documents which are not related to the compensation. Also very often they unreasonably refused to pay compensation.
For this reason the founders established such public organization, which on the one hand to protect the rights of victims of the accident and the insured persons, and secondly to increase the insurance culture of the citizens.
Association defending insured and harmed in accidents was established as a legal entity - non-profit association with its registered office in Sofia.
